Diana Hilgert

Diana is dedicated to fostering a collaborative and attentive relationship with her patients, aiming to restore and sustain their health through a holistic approach. Her focus extends beyond symptom relief and includes supporting the patient’s constitutional well-being. With a belief in the contemporary relevance of acupuncture, Diana tailors her practice to address modern concerns.

Diana is a seasoned acupuncturist with over two decades of experience. She earned a Master's Degree from the Traditional Acupuncture Institute (now known as the Maryland Institute of Integrative Health) in the U.S. and maintains a U.S. National Board Certification in Acupuncture. She ran clinics in New York City and Baltimore, and for six years she was a clinician supervisor at the Maryland Institute of Integrative Health.

Since living in New Zealand, Diana has been a member of the New Zealand Register of Acupuncture and holds ACC accreditation. She was a part of the Fertility and Childbirth Team and had a tenure at Fertility Associates in Wellington. Post the Christchurch earthquakes in 2011, Diana generously provided free community acupuncture to those grappling with immediate stress and trauma.

Diana has explored well-being and movement practices for many years. She earned a certificate in massage therapy, is a certified yoga instructor, and was certified by the Zero Balancing Health Association. Diana finds joy in working with individuals at her clinic, where her wealth of knowledge continues to evolve.
